I'm Catherine.
The one on the right! The guy on the left is my handsome husband.
Change is the only constant in life. Without change, we simply stagnate and die. After years in the marketing and business coaching field, Catherine returned to her roots and went back into the healing arts.
Living and loving life, Catherine and her husband, Barry were the couple most couples want to be. Then tragedy struck and Barry was diagnosed with a glioblastoma. Their world came crashing down. Determined to move forward and not get stuck in the self-pity of widowhood like her mother, Catherine used the techniques she learned studying The Brain SHIFT Method to reprogram her mind.
Continuing her studies in hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Core Wound Healing, and Master Results Coaching, she has used her experience to help others. Working mainly with women who have experienced a significant, emotional event, she helps to clear the prior traumas and emotional baggage, allowing for emotional clarity and mental focus.
A TEDx speaker on Resilience through Joy and Gratitude, Catherine helps her clients find a sense of peace and well-being, while knowing they have the skills and ability to achieve anything they want. She started life working in her parents’ shoe store, taking care of customers, helping with inventory, and she even started networking as a teen. From being a lifeguard and swim instructor to massage therapist, then starting a software company, becoming the trainer and salesperson, to marketing, Catherine enjoys creating solutions. She is a natural born visionary.
Catherine is also a Sci-Fi fan, (Star Wars more than Star trek) a Billy Joel fan (don’t get her started) and attempted piano lessons in her youth. She also loves reading everything from Arthurian fiction to business books and a lot in between. She is not a fan of romance novels. When she’s not working, Catherine enjoys gardening and raising chickens, hiking, and playing with her dogs and cats. She also dabbles in making alcohol and has some very fine mead, limoncello, and chocolate-cello ready to serve guests.
Sessions or programs with Catherine through Make Change Permanent or Dissolving Grief does not take the place of medical or mental therapy.
